Grieving

I had my first appointment with the grief counsellor this afternoon. His name is John and he works at Living Through Loss Counselling Society of BC. He was very nice and genuinely interested in what I had to say. It costs $75/hour and based on income. I asked how does he know someone is telling the truth when they say, "I can't afford it?". He said by the "honor system". I paid the $75 because I can afford it....I can't lie...I'll just cut down on taking so many cabs to and from work. It really helped to talk to someone that is used to hearing my type of story. My next appointment is Monday, December 17.
